Compton Bassett is a village in North Wiltshire, formerly the site of Compton Bassett House, until it’s demolition in the 1930s.
The Church of St Swithin’s is situated at the southern end of the village. We have services on most Sundays, although on the first Sunday in the month there is a joint communion service held in one of the five churches of the Benefice.
Getting in touch:
If you wish to get in touch, please contact either the Rector (details should be on the right of your screen), or the churchwardens Anne Rumming via the email address cw-comptonbassett at oldburybenefice.org.uk, or you can fill in the form on the “Contact Us” page, and your query will be passed on to the appropriate person.
It costs us a lot of money to keep the church running and we have to raise all the funds ourselves. If you are able to help us financially, we would greatly appreciate it. Please click on the picture below and you will be directed to a secure site where you can donate once or set up regular donations to support us.
